In 2005, DTS Europe directors Anders Uggelberg and Gerben Van Duyl were tasked to create a 30 seat reference theater for DTS’s London headquarters. None of the best studio monitor, cinema or audiophile speakers tested could meet all of DTS’ requirements, so Anders and Gerben designed their own speaker system. And so Procella Audio was born. All Procella speakers are designed to produce the full dynamic range of 24/96 recordings at THX levels in rooms from the smallest home theaters to moderate-sized commercial theaters – with audiophile sound quality, high resolution and cinema impact.
